  • Call Recordings: Audio of phone calls is recorded to generate transcripts and summaries.
  • Transcripts: We create text transcripts from audio recordings for analysis and review within your Sidum account.
  • User Data: Information provided by the caller, such as their name, contact details, and the purpose of their call.

Information from Integrations

If you connect third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar), we access data from those services as authorized by you to perform actions like scheduling appointments.
